Super chill atmosphere, friendly knowledgeable staff. They have a loyalty program and offer really good deals. Store is clean and they have a lounge area. They replaced my pen that wouldnt hold a charge with a brand new even better one and gave me tips to keep it from happening. I'm very grateful. I have to admit I tend to shop around, but I'll only be coming here now. I barely said 2 words and had a brand pen that works awesome. They were sooooo nice. Would give more stars if possible.
