Things to keep in mind for optimizing your experience:
RECLAIM – If you see an excess of concentrate pooling inside the heating element, that means you may be attempting to use too much concentrates for the temperature setting you are using, therefore you should adjust the temperature accordingly. Therefore you should probably use a lower temperature setting, or use more concentrates.
