**To ensure the quartz tip lasts as long as possible, make sure you fully burn all the concentrates off the tip after each dab. If you leave concentrates on the tip or inside the airways it will harden and possibly ruin or wear out the heating element prematurely. **

Things to keep in mind for optimizing your experience:
RECLAIM – If you see an excess of concentrate pooling inside the heating element, that means you may be attempting to use too much concentrates for the temperature setting you are using, therefore you should adjust the temperature accordingly. If your device is already at max temp, then you should try to utilize a smaller amount of concentrates per session. 
NOTE: You should NEVER directly DIP your heating element into your concentrates. Direct dipping will most likely cause your heating element to clog, or it can potentially damage your heating element resulting in the need of a new one almost immediately. Therefore you should probably use a lower temperature setting, or use more concentrates.
